The bride and groom work through a blank grid word puzzle with a pencil at a small table in a cozy library lounge
Collect the words first, then read the finished story out loud.

How to play

  1. Ask for the kind of word shown beside each field, such as an adjective or plural noun.
  2. Enter suggestions without previewing the completed story.
  3. Choose Reveal the story and read the result aloud.
  4. Choose New story for a fresh form. Random selection may reuse a previous template.

Before your guests arrive

For a quick example, “sparkly” is an adjective and “toasters” is a plural noun. Agree on the tone before collecting suggestions, and copy any favorite result before leaving the page.

Questions about this game

Do all fields need an answer?

Blank fields appear as underscores in the story. Filling all ten makes the result easier to read; there is no winner or automatic score.
